Picturesque, intimate, extraordinary, and unforgettable. Lairmont Manor is a historic manor and estate venue in Bellingham, Washington, just up the hill from charming Fairhaven village. The manor was built in 1914 and has been a beloved event venue for the past 55 years. It is our privilege to welcome guests from far and wide who have chosen this magical hidden gem to be the backdrop of their most important life celebrations and gatherings. We offer Lairmont Manor spaces to host parties, weddings, receptions, recitals, photoshoots, art shows, retreats, business events, as a film locale, and more. We look forward to sharing our treasured estate with you and your loved ones.

Our dream wedding venue!

We cannot recommend the Lairmont enough! We were married there last Friday, and we received SO many compliments on the venue - people loved it, and so did we! It requires no further decoration, the grounds and manor are absolutely stunning. The venue coordinator and the rest of the staff are a pleasure to work with, and very responsive. The gorgeous grand piano is the cherry on top! We loved the slightly raised stage for our first (tango) dance, and the ballroom was the perfect size for dancing the night away.

Enchanting Wedding Venue

This venue was a dream come true! The lush English garden, architecture, and the overall ambiance was like from a movie. The staff was professional and experienced, and it was very easy to work with them. The morning of our wedding was raining, and I was so worried about our timeline, but the staff was so quick with a plan B just in case the rain would continue into the afternoon. It actually ended up being great, the rain stopped, and the sun shinned bright just in time for the ceremony. It was magical!

Above and beyond

If you are looking for a venue that will go above and beyond your expectations, then look no further. My husband and I got married here a couple of weeks ago, and we're still receiving messages about how beautiful the venue was. My favorite comment was, "I felt like I was at a party in the English countryside!" The LM team is exceptional- they think of every single detail and there is a lot included with the rental fee which relieves a lot of stress. Throughout the year of planning, I reached out numerous times with random questions, and D.J. always responded promptly and warmly. The day of, our onsite coordinator was phenomenal as well. In the spirit of full transparency, we were initially torn between two venues but ultimately chose Lairmont because we knew a great day would be guaranteed. We were not wrong, and we're so grateful for them! Thank you, Lairmont Manor :)

Easy and wonderful

I'm from Vancouver & husband from Boston and we chose Lairmont because of how beautiful the property is - we especially loved the gardens and how well taken care of the property is; it accommodates everything you could want in an outdoor or indoor wedding. It was truly the most incredible experience working with Lairmont & especially the venue coordinator. She's responsive, helpful and a dream partner - we were planning long distance and she went above and beyond, sending us detailed emails and floor plans to pictures and videos of the property and setup. I can't thank her or the Lairmont staff enough for how easy and wonderful they made our day!

We couldn't have picked a better venue for our wedding! The Venue Coordinator was an amazing asset at the manor, and the manor itself was absolutely stunning. Everything was set up prior to our arrival and the day went off without a hitch. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

All I can say is BEAUTIFUL.

Lairmont Manor was the perfect place for my husband and I to get married and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Their staff was extremely helpful and their venue coordinator was thorough and very prompt at responding to all of our questions throughout the entire process. Not to mention, the building and grounds are gorgeous and very well looked after. Would highly recommend this venue for anyone who is looking for a unique, one-of-a kind space to say "I do!

Easy and Beautiful

We found the Lairmont after searching for the perfect venue for weeks. Setting up a walk-through was easy and went very smooth. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and the people who work there are super friendly. What sold us on the Manor were a number of things.. First, we'd have access to the Manor from 10am to 10pm so we wouldn't have to rush with the set up. The bridal suite was spacious and having a vanity room worked out perfect for the make-up artist and hair dresser. The Manor was completely dedicated to us so we didn't have to worry about strangers walking into our party. They had everything from tables, tents, outdoor heaters (which we ended up not needing), and a groovy dance floor. We were allowed to bring in all our own vendors, food, and alcohol. Our guest count was around 100 people, but the Manor could easily held more than that. We had our ceremony in the early evening at the beginning of May. The garden was blooming - it was beautiful!
