EXCLUSIVE USE OF PRIVATE ESTATE

When you book an event at Lairmont Manor, our private, historic, Italianate-style manor is yours for the day, 10 am to 10 pm.

We pride ourselves on offering guests a truly memorable venue to celebrate with friends and families. You and your guests will have exclusive access to this stunning historic manor and beautiful estate gardens for the most important and special day of your life. Just you, your vendors, and your guests for the entire day.

Our Venue Coordinator will work alongside you from your first call through to the day of your event to answer questions and support you during the days up to your event. On the day of your event, the Lairmont Manor event staff will set up tables and chairs to match your specifications before you arrive and be on hand during your event to answer questions you may have.

INTIMATE & GRAND CELEBRATIONS aLL YEAR

Lairmont Manor is able to accommodate grand celebrations large and small comfortably throughout the year. For over 55 years we have seen incredible celebrations of love with groups of friends and family from a cozy 10-person elopement civil ceremony to a full 150-person summer fête.

During the fair-weather months of May through October, we offer venue space for events for approximately 150 people, this includes the use of our outdoor Marquee tent which sits on the west side lawn, shaded by our magnificent Atlas Cedar. During the cooler Pacific Northwest fall and winter, we offer beautiful, intimate, indoor space for up to approximately 80 people.

Ceremonies, receptions, elopements, performances, dinners, and toasts can be planned to happen in all of these areas of the estate: The main ballroom and stage, on either the west or the north lawns, in the pavilion or in the fountain garden, the formal dining room, and the billiards room. The choice of flow and style of your event is yours.

Our wish is that each guest’s day be unique to their individual style and personality. This is why we offer you the choice of your wedding vendors to make your celebration everything that you want it to be.

Our creative northwest community is rich with professional event planners, rental companies, talented artisans, stylists, officiants, musicians, Deejays, photographers and videographers, amazing florists, and full-service caterers who bring ease and delight to your day, allowing you to live in the moments.
